For single user there is no monthly commitment. For Wholesale Carriers there is a commitment of $10000/monthly. Minimum 2 million minutes of Traffic Volume Commitment to wholesale carriers.
4- How Can I start using http://www.thebsa.com?
The only thing you have to do is to configure your gateway or ATA device; and all it takes to start is to make an initial prepayment which will be used for future traffic consumption.
5- Where can I check your rates?
Email us tell your total consumption, required destination & your target rates for carriers only.

6- What is the minimum deposit I have to do?
There is US $10 minimum prepayment for a retail customer. And for Wholesale Carrier customer to start the termination you have to first deposit minimum top up of $5000.

You can see your current account balance or current monthly usage online, through an access to the web based Account Management interface

12- Which protocol should I use?
Only SIP & H323 protocol 's are supported.
13- Can we use codec G711??
Yes Codec G711,G723.1 or G729 are accepted.
14- When I get only one way voice, which parameters can I check on my configuration?
Please check the follow
Check you Firewall or access list, be sure each one of our IPs are configured correctly
Check if you are using codec g729r8
15- Calls are not getting through
Be sure all of the parameters are configured accordingly:
Codec you are using, SIP
Codec G729
Check if the destination IP address is configured correctly
Be sure the Origination IP address was provided correctly at the voip form
Check if the Technology prefix assigned by BlackStallionsInt is configured
16- My traffic was completing fine but it is not completing now
Check your account, it is possible your credit is over.
17- Is there any way to know when I am running out of credit?
Yes we have useful alerts: Low credit alert when it reaches 30% of your last payment and Rate change alert through email
